I dont know if this is posted in the right place but move it or whatever needs to be done if it isn't

This is the juice I made ive been working on it for a while (still fairly new to diy)
Tfa ripe strawberry 4%
Cap sweet strawberry 1.5%
Tfa vanilla swirl 4%
Tfa french vanilla 1%
Cap vanilla cupcake 1%
La bavarian cream 1%
Fw yellow cake 5%
And and a drop of cap super sweetener per 30 ml
It tastes alright but it gunks up my coils almost instantly! ( I use an rda 22g 5 wrap idk the ohms prob around .1
I know the juice probably needs work :/ but what is gunking it up so bad?!

Those ingredients are what's causing the gunking of the coils. The sweeter the vape the faster the gunk up. There's no way around that, short of switching to a less sweet recipe. I use an RBA and found if I build my coils using 24ga wire it burns hotter and allows me to go longer between gunk cleanings. This thicker gauge also let be go longer between rebuilds. That I found was the best solution to ultra sweet vapes. So to recap - being your using thick wire your good there so clean and rebuild often.

Unfortunitly in that situation it's hard to find the best of both worlds. Either you have to modify the recipe by using less of the gunking flavors or put up with it and clean and re-wick or re-coil more often. As I mentioned earlier I find a thicker, hotter coil works best in that situation. The coil lasts longer in between re-coilings and cleanings.

How fast are you gunking up????? If you are rewicking multiple times a day. Then you have an issue to address. If you are go a day or more call yourself lucky.

I use a mech, so I would try a thinner gauge wire to get a bit more heat in the wire, and faster heating and cooling times.

I found with thinner guages 32 - 28 they burn cooler and wear out much faster in gunk situations. I would rather vape longer and rebuild less and that's where I find thicker coils of 24ga or thicker on a mod work best.

Yes, heavier gauges works good, I love 24 gauge in my rta's myself(3mm macros), but for the same wattage and resistance, then they run a lot cooler though, which is why they gunk less i'm guessing... Thicker gauges yield "hotter" builds because they can take, and should be used with, much higher wattages without burning the wick/juice...
