Hi, local store I purchase my E juice from, makes banana juice awesome, delicious right out of the bottle, only takes em like 2 minutes to make 30ml. Cool thing is, store rep let's me watch em make the juice.

How can store juice taste great without steeping, boiling, microwaving, blow drying, etc....... I don't get it.

So after watching store rep, I'm thinkin shouldn't be to difficult to make myself. Did lot's of reading here at the forums. I order all supplies from Wizard labs. First sample of banana cream was nasty at 5% flavoring, taste like chemicals/perfume, slight hint of dish soap. I increased flavoring to 10%, slight hint of flavor, but still nasty. I sniff banana cream juice bottle, smelled like chemicals, not banana cream, so I let flavor bottle sit for 3 day's no cap, much better, but the flavor is just not there. Was thinking of increasing to 25%. French vanilla bottle content smells like french vanilla, may try that one tonight.

Oh, my first sample mix was:
Nicotine base 60mg/100pg,. Nic strength 3mg. WL banana cream 5%, 5ml bottle, 50/50 blend. I use eJuice me up calculator.

Have anyone made a stand alone vapable Banana cream juice ? I sure do not desire to purchase more local store high priced juice. I purchased enough supplies to make juice for 6 months. Ordered some Lorann's flavors today, hoping better mixing.

Sorry so long. Any assistance appreciated. Thanks.

try a few different bananas ... mixed with different creams.

DIY is a lot of trial and error ... you can also search the recipe threads.

Thanks WillyZ, yeah been doing lot's of DIY reading. I have more flavors comin in the mail. Haven't found any stand alone banana cream or french vanilla. Will try Capealla flavors next.

Try Flavor Concentrates Banana flavoring at abut 15% then TFA ripe banana at 5% then CAP sweet cream to taste. I know the banana part is good have made and vaped that. I have not done the cream part yet though.
I use Stevia as a sweetner.

I have not tried the Capella banana yet.

Thanks Robert, will order those flavors. Hmmm, sweetner must be what I'm missing. Where can I get liquid Stevia sweetner ? And how much do you recommend using per ml ?

Don't get discouraged if the Loran's flavors are disappointing.

Store could be using a custom mixed base. And I agree I didn't like the banana cream either. Pretty bad. Yet some love it? Despite what you are seeing in store most diy involves multiple flavors to get good results. Banana is a strong flavor and cream isn't. You might try a combination of banana at around 3% cream around 4-6 in combination. So it could look something like :

1% FA banana
2% TFA ripe banana
2% cap sweet cream
2% TFA whipped cream
1% cap vanilla custard
2% cap marshmallow
2% sweetener

That would be my starting point for a banana cream and then adjust to taste.

Shoot now I want to buy some banana. Next order.

Not all flavorings are created equal, Some banana flavors taste like chemical, Some like runts candy others like banana cream pie. The trick is to find the right flavor and figure out the correct amount of it to use. I doubt the store will tell you what flavoring it is so buy lots of 10ml sample bottles of flavoring from different manufactures and try them all. Your bound to hit on something that works for you. It's not rocket science it's just lots of trial and error. The best advice I can give you is as you experiment keep careful notes because once you do find the right mix you want to be able to re-create it. One thing I will tell you is through experimentation you will likely come up with something you like even better so don't go into it with the mind set of needing to clone that store bought mix. Go into it with the mind set of trying to create your own original master piece. Trying to clone a mix expecially when your new at this will drive you nuts and usually leads to failure and fustration. This can be fun and exciting if you don't over think it. The best results come from using common sense

Hi, yes this is true. Store could be using mixed base, cause banana cream alone taste nothing like store. I tried many different sample flavors at store, fruits are my favorites so far. I tried wintergreen, menthol, etc.... gave me bad reflux/chest pains. Thanks friend, will try those combinations.

Hi Danny, read all your info pertaining to DIY, thanks for all you shared. So true. Think first mistake I'm making is trying to clone store banana mix. Exactly, I do over think everything, Lol !!! One step at a time. Slowly building up my flavor collection. I have noticed my body rejects minty/menthol flavors, although I've smoked menthols for years. My body has also reject nicotine, very strange 2 months ago, began at 24mg, now I'm vape 3mg - 6mg,. Anything higher then 6mg, I get dizzy.

You need sweetener, you need a good cream flavor (Capella's Sweet Cream is excellent), and you probably also need a bit of vanilla in there; TFA's Vanilla Swirl is very good. And 5% probably won't be enough flavoring to even taste, unless you want to steep it for a month; shoot for a combined flavoring percentage around 20% -- banana whatever, cream, vanilla, sweetener. My best original recipe actually is about 30% flavoring -- and I can vape it the minute I mix and shake it, though it's better the next day, and better still in a week. The thing is, to get good flavor right away, you're going to need a fair amount of flavoring, or it's going to take a while for the flavor to emerge.

And definitely don't get discouraged just because you found one brand's flavor wasn't to your liking -- every brand is different, and you might have to kiss a few frogs to find your prince. :D Every brand has its strengths and weaknesses, and the only way to find them is to try them.

Actually that would be 24mg, 3mg, and 6mg -- 100mg nicotine base is only 10% nicotine. 24% would be 240mg/ml -- POISONOUS! Getting dizzy at 60mg/ml is perfectly understandable!

Hi Andria, thanks for feedback/info, I ordered 10 different flavors today, all I need now is cream/sweetner. Thanks for inspiration/encouragment. Vanilla swirl appears to be popular.

Any recommendation on sweetners ?

I prefer the TFA Sweetener above all others -- I've tried some generic just plain "sucralose" and it was terrible, with an awful "artificial" whang, but the TFA, though it's also just sucralose, doesn't have that -- it's just sweet and nothing more. Head and shoulders above other brands or non-brands.

Thanks Andria. I just ordered sweet cream/sucralose sweetener, ordering TFA sweetener and picking up some liquid stevia sweetener locally.
