I know of no better than this DIY forum right here on ECF, but there is such a massive amount of information it can be difficult to find what you want. If you can be more specific about what you are looking for, someone may be able to help you.

You wont find a better site then the one your on right now. You really need to expand on what you like and what you expect out of DYI. There are thosands of recipes, sources and opinions on whats the best. You should really start doing some research to find out what you want. Your question is so basic kinda like saying " I'm hungry can someone recommend something good to eat?"

E liquid recipes is good but very few recipes are reviewed so you can't really tell how others like em without trying... It will be great once they have some site revisions and people review more blends
