So there I was chipping away at the Mountain OCrap that piled up during my 3-day mini-vacation and I had a brilliant idea. Why not put off until tomorrow the things I was supposed to do today? Suddenly my day was freed up to do all sorts of things.
So
Since I gave away a bunch of Cowboy to my son-in-law, I decided to make up another 50mls. But this time I was going to try something a leetle different.
A year and a half ago I bought this ultrasonic cleaner:
Amazon.com: Original Bogue Systems .. Professional Ultrasonic Cleaner .... Cleans Jewelry + Optics + Eyeglass + Cd + Dvd with Sonic Waves + More: Electronics
I think I paid around $27 for mine. Its higher now. Click around maybe you can turn up something cheaper. I thought it would really clean my cartos. Um yes and no. But
What if I put my newly mixed e-liquid in it? I give the stuff a warm bath and then shake shake shake anyway. What if the bottle gets a warm bath and then ultrasonically vibrates around for awhile?
Each cycle is 3 minutes long. I waiting for 10 cycles and gave it a vape. Hey! Not bad.
I use these flavorings from e-cigexpress:

https://www.ecigexpress.com/flavoring-tobacco-flavor-c-16_24/dk-tobacco-base-select-size-p-628
They suggest starting with 1%. I waited 20 whole minutes before I sampled my first batch weeks ago. It tasted like nic and PG and that was that. It took weeks of steeping before the flavor arrived.
Ill continue with some more 3 minute cycles throughout the rest of the day. It seems 10 cycles has knocked off at least a week of steeping time. Maybe by this evening Ill have some ripe Cowboy. And that, Ladies and Gentlemen, is one of the worst images Ive ever come up with. Best I use the word aged instead. Wait a minute Im already aged. I gotta come up with a better word
Has anybody else tried agitating their DIY juice with an ultrasonic cleaner? How long/how many cycles?
I'm pretty sure I'm re-inventing a wheel here so anybody that has more info ... Fill Me In please.
