DIY nicotine again

I've been vaping for about 4 months now, started with an ego kit and now I diy my everything including ejuice .
The problem is, I don't have the luxury of buying liquid nicotine in iran. There was this guy who sold this pitch black liquid with no lable, 4USD/ml but even that's gone now. Ordering online from overseas is not an option. I tried going on the patch whilst vaping but that just doesn't cut it.
So before I go back to smoking again, I thought I try my luck once more.
Veterans, IS THERE ANY WAY I COULD NICOTINATE MY EJUICE?
I appreciate any help.

thank you very much for helping me. In doing as you recommended I have come across an overwhelming number of subjects I yet have to learn about, which for a nerd like me is basically like heaven. so thank you for showing me heaven

Maybe you could extract nicotine from the patches and other NRT gimmicks - all you'd need AFAICT, is a suitable solvent for nicotine, one that preferably evaporates easily at normal temperatures and pressure.
