Hey guys. I'm new to DIY. Got some questions.

1. When LorAnn Tart & Sour flavoring is used in a batch does it usually take a few days of steeping before i can taste the tart & sour?

I just mixed a bottle of green apple that is 20% green apple (cappella) and 5% T&S.

2. What percentage of T&S should i use to make a juice sour tasting? What percent to brighten fruit flavors?

If you've used T&S please share your experiences and suggestions.
