Not sure I understand what you mean by not finding any menthol concentrate? Menthol flavoring may be what you need to find. If so, then 5% is a good starting point.
If you are mixing in one of your 30ml bottles then you need to find out how much of the nic to enter to reach your 3%.
To do that you find the total volume of the bottle which is 30ml
Then to add 3% of nic you need to find the total nic in that 30ml bottle which in your case is 3%.
So
30ml(target volume) x 3mg/ml = 90mg for the whole 30ml bottle
Your nic is 24% that you bought.
So 90 divided by 24 = 3.75 ml to add into your 30 ml bottle.

Remember that your bottle hold 30ml total so now you have used 3.75 ml of that 30ml total.
Then you need to decide what % of flavor you want in that bottle.
A good starting point is 5% so 5 x 30 =30 x .05% = 1.5 ml
Now you have 5.25 ml used out in that 30ml bottle.
So to figure how much vg to add you would take total volume of 30ml and subtract 5.25 ml(that you already have in the bottle), That leaves 24.75ml to use up so that is how much vg to add.
The recipe looks like this.
3.75 ml nic base =3%
1.5ml flavor =5%
24.75 vg =92%

Now if you want to add few drop of menthol then it should not dilute the flavor.
I think this what what you were asking. If not, then I apologize and would ask that you provide me more info so I can better understand what it is you are asking.
:)

You are amazing, thank you for helping. Stuff should be in saturday when i get off work. I will mix and send you a reply of how amazing it is. Im assumeing diy needs to steep 2 weeks like online orders?
Steeping depends on the flavor. Blueberry should be good in 1 week. Not sure about pineapple. A week may be ok. Menthol on the other hand(if you are mixing it alone) can be vaped right away.
Remember these are just starting place for the flavor. You may want the flavor stronger than 5 % so if you do then just add 1ml at a time until you get it where you like it. The menthol is usually very strong so I mix mine @5% and may add a little sweetner. But that is just me.
Yes, please let us know how it goes.

I just mixed up two 60ml bottles of FA Desert Ship a couple of days ago, along with one 60ml bottle of FA Seven Leaves. The Desert Ship is still nasty tasting, as predicted. Seven Leaves is great stuff the next day.

Two weeks of steeping will probably fix the Desert Ship. Meanwhile, it's Seven Leaves for the interim.

If you're planning on using only 1 flavoring in your eliquids...I'd check out OneStopDIY shop. They have lots of regular flavorings from the most common manufacturers. However, they also have what they call One Stop Flavorings, and also One Stop Blends. Many on the ECF like a bunch of both of those.

No matter which you use (the Flavors or the Blends)...you simply add 5-10% of 1 of them (adjust to your own taste), to your own PG, VG, and Nic. (Since I don't see any PG in what you ordered...I'm assuming the only PG you want in your eliquids, is what the flavorings have in them already.)

These links will take you to the pages for the 9mL sample sizes, which you may want to try first...before buying any of the larger sizes offered.

One Stop Flavors - 9 ml (Sample Size)

One Stop Blends - 9 ml (Sample Size)

The one's many people seem to like the best are:
Lucky Shot - One Stop Blend
Baked Cinnamon Roll - One Stop Flavor
Blue Raspberry Slush - One Stop Flavor
Pink Lemonade - One Stop Flavor
Lotta Latte - One Stop Blend
Strawberry Milk - One Stop Flavor
Sweet Southern Tea - One Stop Flavor
Blue Note - One Stop Blend
Arnold Palmer - One Stop Flavor

No matter which flavorings you decide to buy though...you really need to use an eliquid calculator to help you figure out how much VG, Nic, and flavoring to use in your recipes. I use this one below, but there are many different ones.

Have not tried Vapewild but I can tell you Pink Lemonade from One Stop is the real deal.
I enjoyed Blue Note and Sweet Tea also.
Just got some of their Blue Pom and Cacti Cooler flavorings but have not used them yet.

How much flavoring do you use per bottle? is it vapeable as soon as its made?

@RedBeard007 - I doublechecked your recipe, just to make sure your nic, VG, and flavoring worked out right in the calculator I linked you to. You got it exactly right according to the calculator! You did get 5% PG in there with the flavoring at 5%, but still got an overall ratio of 5PG/95VG.

Unless you go with OSDIY Shop's One Stop Flavors or One Stop Blends though, like I mentioned above...I'd encourage you to try adding a secondary flavor or 2 (they're like blenders) to what you make. Most people who DIY use blenders, which include these among others: Vanilla Swirl, Marshmallow, Sweet Cream, Whipped Cream, Bavarian Cream, etc. Probably also a little TFA Sweetener or TFA Cotton Candy or another brand would help, too. Making a recipe with just a couple of the primary flavorings (your blueberry & pineapple), with no "blenders" or accents, often results in something less desirable to vape.

Edited to add: I'd also recommend that you make much smaller sample batches, than the 30mL size. Making even a 5mL or 10mL sample will also let you try and "tweak" your recipe until you get it the way you want it to be. Then...use that recipe that you adjusted or changed to suit your taste, to follow when making your larger 30mL size batch. That way, you know that 30mL will be good before you even make it!
