Most people find satisfactory flavor from as little as .5% all the way up to 20% of the total. The average I would say is around 10%, which makes it really easy math to figure out. Say you want to make 15 ml of liquid with 10% being flavoring. That equates to 1.5 ml (10% of total)
Plus 13.5 ml of unflavored to make a total of 15 ml of liquid. I would try that and let it steep a couple of days to let the flavor merge into the
juice. Then you can dilute or add flavoring depending on what you are going for taste wise. Be patient with your more complicated batches as it can take a while to merge completely!
