Hello I have a family member who has taken up vaping and wants to DIY liquid since they are on an EXTREMELY limited budget. They are not computer/internet savvy so that has left me with the task of figuring out everything for them lol
So far it looks like rtsvapes.com is the least expensive for the nicotine, pg. and vg. $40.30 total for 250ml vg + 250ml pg. + 60 ml 100mg nicotine liquid. + shipping.
Now I need to find 5, 10 and 30 ml bottles, supplies like pipettes protective gear and most importantly flavoring concentrates! He liked fsusa juice so I was thinking of getting flavourart?
Please help me! I'm really clueless if I'm even getting everything he needs!

A place that has really inexpensive flavorings is USA Made Vapor Renu. They sell 30 ml of flavoring for around $6.50 or so. That's really cheap. I really like some of their flavors, and order from there a LOT. Also, you can get the VG (vegetable glycerine) at Walmart or CVS Pharmacy for about $3.00 for 6 ounces (180ml) so DIY can be really, really cheap. I mix all of my own juices, and it costs next to nothing to vape once you get going. Also, I buy PG at Southern Agriculture for cheap. I got syringes there, too (for giving shots to animals....) Also, you can get lots of measuring supplies from Walmart or Walgreens. I buy those little kits they make for giving meds to babies for really cheap and they work great for measuring.
