Another long time mixer here.

First, there’s nothing unsafe about the pg/vg ratio. There are some guidelines about what might work best for your particular gear, though.

However, as everyone has said, do not vape 100 mg/ml nic. Just don’t.

That’s an ingredient. You will also need pg, vg, and flavors if you so desire.

Find recipes that sound interesting, and buy the flavors needed. Get some means to measure everything accurately. Get a e juice calculator. And bottles, labels, and a notebook or some way to keep track of what you do.

Start small. I’ll mix a large bottle of unflavored base at my preferred 6 mg/ ml and use enough if that to make a 5 or 10 ml test.

And read through the DIY forum for all sorts of help. Ask anything. You’ll find you have more questions as you go along.

I suggest learn the calculators real well. If you add by drops after a while you get a sense of exactly what each ingredient PG VG or nicotine or flavoring adds to the mixture. If it's too harsh you can lower the nic a tad to see if it helps, want more white clouds add more VG for example by one or two drops or adjust the flavor. You get to the point without the calculator you can just dump drops of each into the tank/cartridge to fill it up and adjust accordingly and still be in safe nic range. It just takes time and patience.
