I don't think the water is necessary. should be able to wick properly. i usually mix VG 60% too.

Cos I mix few fav, can google for recip.

For ez understanding is 30pg/70vg normly put pg in front but what u write oso no wrong or right, But for me 50vg is alot liao cos with ur coil u make it's going to cloud lol.
Anyway it's everybody like, some like pg some like vg.
