and the Front page always lets you know how long it will take me to process the orders.

please don't close. just remeber if anyone gives you grief you can always say "sorry you are not happy. please shop elsewhere next time" a last resort of course but it beats feeling like you're beating your head against the wall to make someone who won't be satisfied with anything a regular customer/headache.
