Also don't be trying to chase a cigarette buzz like you get from smoking. vaping isn't the same thing as smoking, and if you are getting some kind of instant buzz from it you are OD'ing on the nic.

The symptoms will pass, but it may take a couple hours for any excess nic to pass out of your system.

howdy! and welcome!

yah - looks like a 0.17ohm coil from the pic of the screen - 9mg of nic at that low a resistance is going to hit HARD - the suggestion to lower your nic level is likely spot on :)

Ha but I will not drop my 1.8mg/mL!

Yes, I agree dropping the nicotine is spot on. :) Do not pay any mind to my higher nicotine level. I'm a mutant freak. @dcfluegel can vouch for that.

I have 3mg juices also that I've been switching up with so that should help too for now.

if you have a 3mg and 9mg in same flavor, if you mix equal portions of each, you will end up with a 6mg nic level

Is it true that vaping too much can cause you to he dehydrated? Maybe that's the culprit of unexplained headaches?
NO! NO! and even NO!....
headaches are from nic OD or withdrawls from the ciggies

VG and PG on even thier best day can only absorb about 40% of their volume with water... so,... if you vape 10ml of juice and exhale all of the vapor ( all 10ml worth) then you will loose 4 ml of water from your system... 4 ml is about as much as a tablespoon..... I would not call loosing a tablespoon of water dehydration.....

I had not sat and looked that up, figured it but alright. :) Still it is a very good thing to remain hydrated. Water is beneficial for your body in so many ways. It helps regulating your core temperature, flushing your body of any toxins, nourishes cells by carrying vital oxygen to them in a form they can readily use. That last one is kind of a sneaky secret.

From what I'm led to understand a lot of medical opinion suggests that cancer may be cells dying, ergo to me at least it would seem if you helped keep cells alive ... :) Please though do not rely upon me or anyone here, or any public web forum for truly sound medical advice. Some may in fact be doctors, healers while others may not be. Also, everyone faces different variables. Kind of makes it the best course to see your own medical provider for advice.

Good to know though vaping will not dehydrate one. :)
