OK so I want to purchase this new EVOLV DNA200 chipset I just don't know which manufacturer to buy from If I am going to spend $200 I tend to lean toward Vapor Shark but white out mod just kind of makes more sense even though EVOLV & V.S. are pretty much the same company but I do like the black hcigar VT200 just do not think they are in the same league as V.S. OR WHITEOUT don't get me wrong if I found a good CO-OP where I could get the HCIGR VT200 UNDER $120 I WOULD BUY IT BUT THEN I AM READING ABOUT THIS OHM LILLER MOD THAT IS SUPPOSED TO DESAMATE ALL LOL IDK WHERE DO YOU THINK MY MONEY IS BEST SPENT ON THE M-CLASSS IN MY HAND OR THESE NEWER CHIPSETS?

I personally am saving some money and planning to donate blood plasma for the Vapor Shark DNA 200. The Opus and the Boxer both seem nice, but as you brought out, I too believe VaporShark gets the closest to Evolve. I just stand by while people talk about their Sigelei's and Snowwolfs, etc. etc. I am planning on going with the VaporShark. The Hcigar seems tempting for the price, but I know nothing about that company.

Not enough of them are out to know which one is "best". Considering they all use the same chip and similar batteries there really shouldn't be any performance difference between them, and the only real difference should be aesthetic.

That said, I do like the looks of the Hcigar VT200.

I really like the Boxer available from gingervapaper.com. It has a nice compact and ergonomic form factor. It uses dual 18650s, so maximum output is 133 watts, but I hardly find that a limitation. I rarely vape above 100 watts.

Obviously this uses the DNA 200 chip. I ommited that bit of information in my original post.

I wanted the VaporShark too. However, I watched RipTrippers review and although he liked it aesthetically (and so do I) he mentioned "multiple" issues with the software which is the brains of getting TC set (mostly crashes) and said it would benefit buyers to wait for the bugs to be worked out... I believe all Dna200 devices will use the same or similar software so I'm a bit scared to pull the wallet out. Not to mention everywhere I've looked for them there's a 30 day wait

To update here, i did some research and ended up going with the Hcigar VT200. I've had it for about 2 months now and have had no problems. The thing comes with a 1 year warranty. I know of no other DNA 200 device that offers that currently. Using it, should I ever need to could be a different story, but it still is assuring that they stand behind their product. I found too many issues with the Vaporshark, mainly the paint and battery life. Thus far I've been happy with my decision.

I know this is all based on usage, but how are you finding battery life? using Sub-ohm builds, with TC.

Just got my Wismex Reuleaux DNA200...It is awesome, It's about the same size as my DNA30 when I'm holding them but this beast has 3 18650's and uses the Evolv DNA200 chip set. They are a little hard to get right now but well worth any effort it takes...At $180 I think it will be pretty tough to beat...

Really not bad, I mean like ya said it varies with wattage and whatnot. I'll say for me it's probably about the same as a pair of 18650's. About 5-6 hours of hanging around the house type usage. Vaping whenever I want type usage lol. But it charges in exactly 3 and 1/2 hours so to me it's not an issue really.
