Im just finishing up my parts list for a dna 40 6400mah lipo build and I was wondering if the dna 40 requires fusing because of the reverse battery protection I'm not sure if it's required.
The reverse polarity protection is built in. You could add a fuse in case you had a failure in your cell(s) its not a have too according to the data sheet. I would read it thoroughly before you start though.
