The 14 and 28 numbers are deceiving, 18650 start to sag at lower voltages, were a lipo does not, or not as much. You will Not get twice the battery life from 3 18650's as apposed to a 3s 1300mAH lipo.
I don't have a 3 18650 mod But running the same coils my 1300mAH lipo mods have better battery life than a dual 18650 mod.

The watt hour numbers are the only thing not deceiving you.

Also I don't buy lipo mods for the reasons i listed.

This might be out of your budget but check out "boxer dna133". This will probably be my next mod and my first mod with the DNA200 chip. Reason? Its small, its light, and it utilizes 2 18650 batteries..

Wow - interesting mod at an "interesting" price! Curious about one thing - the website I read the description on (Boxer Mod 133W with Evolv DNA200 Temperature Control - Ginger Vaper) says that the mod can charge the dual 18650's because it has cell by cell monitoring and integrated 1A balance charger. It goes on to say that the power is limited to 133 Watts by Evolv. I wonder why a DNA200 chip would restrict to 133 Watts - unless it has something to do with the charging statement?

It's restricted to 133W because its only powered by 2 x 18650s, I can't really give you an answer regarding the charging as the only thing i know about batteries is mah and V (either you give up power for more battery life or vice versa).

I rarely ever go above 80W even with a 0.25ohm crown coil so I don't see the need for a >133W device, I like the boxer because of how light it is (need a pocketable mod that can last me at least 3-5 hours).

Ahh - didn't realize that DNA200 is only 133w on dual 18650 mods. Thanks for the explanation
