One of the smallest I know of is an Evolv Beta (Modcrate Silo). Available at Modcrate, Protovapor etc.

In terms of total area, its probably the Ti200 by HotCig or now known as hotfire. Its just a tad smaller than the Vaporshark DNA200.

In terms of the shortest DNA200 (133) mod its probably the boxer 133.
