so my question is can I wire the battery with 20g wire it says recommended is 18 but max is 22 But when I did other unregulated box mods it said to use 18 or 16 is it safe to use 20g with dual 18650's?

I can get the 18g but I have the 20g already and just wast sure

yeah I've calibrated a few of them -- that's a big project man :)

I've always been a bit sciddish about getting the laser cut wood ones, let me know how it works and how easy it is to put together.

do they have spare parts available for that model that are cheap and easy to get? thats always been what pushed me to the ones that are made of common materials, bolts, and printed plastic.

keep the wires as short as possible and it will be likely be just fine.

Absolutely not, stick with 18G, it needs all the connectivity it can get with Nickel coils
