Which Mamu screen cradle did you get? Also, how are you planning on mounting the dna board itself? I found a nice template for the 1590B boards that gives the center-line for all sides and the center spot on all sides. They also have a large selection of colors.Hopefully these links work..

I actually think I used that same exact enclosure for this mod. Everything inside is held together with a combination of jb weld, epoxy putty, and perf board. I did have to make some adjustment after epoxy was fully cured, and was able to pry the epoxy from the aluminum cleanly without issues.

Is that one of those bottom feeders I have been hearing about....

So far box is primed haven't picked a color. Running two 2100mah 18650s everything is ready to go except the 510 and the dna . scrapped the idea of the chi for now and went with a press fit with madvapes.its the chi is ugh frustrating soldering to it and finding a tap and die. I went simple for now and can mod it more later

yeah, it's bottom feed. since it's aluminum, i hoped you use an etching primer, otherwise your paint may chip or flake off easily later. press it connectors work fine once epoxied, but will need a countersunk hole drilled into the case if you want everything to sit flush--- or you can drill slightly oversized to where the lip of the connector will fit through your hole, then use an rda or something to hold it flush with your box while the epoxy dries. looking forward to seeing your finished results.

Excuse my ignorance but how does the bottom feeding work? Yeah I did use self etching primer for auto body also painted it today a lighter blue color that dries satin so it has a similar finish to my kayfun and Russian. About the connector I figured that from the pics it has a slight lip so I'll probably counter sink it so my attys sit flush on the box. The kayun is a lot taller than i expected so I may prefer the lower profile over the chi. The 3.1 is a beast compared to my drippers and aga t3 even in the vamo in 18650 its like 2/3 the legenth of it use it for self defense now haha.....a kayfun on the vamo looks sad....can't wait to pair my Russian coming in with the DNA should be a sweet setup...BTW just learned the back story on the Russian quite interisting how it came about from the kayfun

I didn't double checked...no pics at work and even if I did it has built in protection I hear

Built in over current protection, but not reverse polarity protection.

Edit: Assuming you hooked it up the same way as in your photo above. You would have needed 4 fuses for reverse polarity protection.
