All up in your grill..
I have tried 510's from 4 different vendors with every variation I can come up with. Half stuffed cart mods over stuffed cart mods 901 tips etc and the only conclusion I can come to is that they all leak. Seeing as how popular the 510 is and how rarely I hear anyone talk about this I can't help but wonder if I am doing something wrong. So how about it? Am I doomed carry a pocket full of napkins around when using a 510 or what?

If you use the stock fluval filler, or your cart mod is not proper, yes, I'm afraid. I am using a ZFM cart mod all the time now. Its great on one atty, and doesn't like another atty I have in rotation. I have found this is true no matter the thickness of the juice, too. So, I feel your pain!

I don't know how Scottyballs' ZFM plugs are, other than they are all very uniform, and some there are three center-hole sizes. For me, while I do still sometimes get leaks, the ZFM is the most non-leaking mod I've tried...at least if you have it just right. If not, then yer ruining shirts.

Haven't tried the new 510 cartos, but cartos do not tend to leak ever, so you might consider it...but then you don't have the 510 atty, which is why we bought the 510 in the first place.

Mac! What happened to your Smoke51's?

Cartomizers (whether the E9s you sell or Kr8s or GreenCigs or the new 510s Kurt mentioned) are the only effective cartridges I've used.*

Otherwise, drip ... or get a Juice Box or MrPuffer.

* Of course, I like things to work right outside the box ... without having to cut out pieces of plastic, poke *-shaped holes in them, twist them, and shove them inside cartridges that don't work otherwise. <-- NOTE: My sarcasm is not directed at Kurt or Scottyballs ... but at the cartridges, which force modders to go through all that.
