do all ecigs make a little bit of noise?

I wasn't expecting my e-cigs to make any noise but it's like a vaporizing noise (hence PV) and sometimes when I'm just starting to suck on it...it can kinda pop too... Is this normal?

yup normal. Especially with verticle element cartos. I have tried many (cartos, atty's) and all have some sort of hiss, woosh, pop or sizzle. Happy vaping to you.

I dunno but I always get that noise when I use a fresh cart. I like it because I know the hit is going to be awesome.

Cartos expecially can make gurgly crackling noises. With carts, when juice is flowing extra well (or too well) from cart to atty you might hear a little whoosh or small gurgle. And with either, you can get a faint whistling wind sound from you dragging which sucks outside air through tiny holes in the atty or thru notches in the atty to battery connection. Also if a cart is a bit loose you may hear air sucked in where it contacts the body of the atty.
