No one here can give a definitive answer but Google konstantinos farsalinos he is a cardio vascular doctor doing a lot of research into the effects of vaping I'd take his opinions far more seriously then those of vaping biased internet warriors :).

Nicotine is not good for people with preexisting cardiovascular conditions.

Given obesity rates, poor diet and lack of exercise in the US, this would probably apply to half the population, or more...

I was on 10 a day for years! And I am on 18MG eliquid now, I mean it says high on the bottle... Do you think I should go higher? I don't want my heart to explode :D

You said you vape non stop, so seems to me you aren't getting satisfied. You may be able to vape less if you go to 2.4% e-liquid...
If you are obese, don't exercise and don't eat well, yes, nicotine can exasperate problems one who doesn't live a healthy lifestyle may face...

Ideally we should all be Julie Andrews frollicking on top of he Bavarian Alps - but we can't be. I live on a road with traffic going past all day long. Dusting the rooms that give on to the road is like sweeping up soot after a fire - except that it is diesel fumes and particles. So even breathing just air is not safe. I am a heart bypass patient. I know what smoking was doing to me.... the carbon monoxide would displace the oxygen which made me feel weak and faint. That does not happen with vaping. Smoking was turning each minor cold I got into bronchitis. I've had two colds since I switched to vaping and the colds remained just minor colds - no further complications... no need of steroid puffers, no constant coughing and gasping.

Does vaping damage the heart? I don't know but even if there is some damage it certainly is much smaller than what smoking causes. And I am an addict - I don't mind admitting that. Take the vaping away from me and I will go back to smoking, no doubt about that. So I'm prepared to take the risk and not even think about it.

I know... but it just gets on my last nerve. People tell me often "if you have asthma, you shouldn't vape." I suppose they think SMOKING is better????

The fact is, if you are a smoker who wants to quit, vaping is the best and easiest way to do it. Don't worry about how "dangerous" it is, because I guarantee you, smoking is LOTS!!!!!!!!!! more dangerous.

I don't think they think smoking is better... I think they simply think that you should not vape either!
Not that I agree with that.

Also, you can check out Dr. Gopal Bhatnagar, owner of 180 Smoke (a vape company), and one of the most prominent cardiac surgeons in the world. Here's some info about him:

Also, with regard to the second link you posted under links saying it does damage, you may want to take a read on this:

I find myself vaping 24/7 on around 18mg of nicotine, and I haven't had a cigarette for about 6 months now!

I was doing some research on if Ecigs do damage to the heart, but half the links I see say that it doesn't and the other half says it does?!?

Links saying it does damage:
E-Cigarettes: Tobacco-Free, But Your Heart May Still Be at Risk — Health Hub from Cleveland Clinic
Scientist Raises a Red Flag About E-Cigarettes and Heart Attack Risk

Links saying does no damage at all:
E-Cigarettes Don't Harm Heart, Study Shows
A new study from an e-cig expert confirms: no heart effects from vaping - American Council on Science and Health (ACSH)

(There are more links on this, but there is no point in getting them all)

So... Does it do damage or not, the studies that say it does damage seem to be a lot more recent, so has the claim that it doesn't do damage been dis-proven?!?

p.s. It can't be worse than cigarettes but I am wondering what the truth of this is?

Do ecigs damage the heart?
The truth is, it's the same answer to the question:
Do foods damage the heart?

Depends on the wattage you are vaping at.
My guess is you are vaping at 5 to 10 watts.
If you are vaping 5 watts on an ego type battery, then sure go to 24mg.

I know that's what they think, those Captains Obvious with their "shouldn'ts" -- but not doing either is not on the table at all -- it's one or the other, and I already know what 39yrs of smoking did for me. I was fully prepared to smoke till it killed me -- now that I vape instead, something else may kill me -- I'll get dead either way, but with vaping, I may get a few more years to poke holes at Captains Obvious... or swing baseball bats at them. :D

I just know me and what I have learned and conclude. I switched from cigs to vaping to get away from cigs. My doctor said, (in my terms) that it is akin to caffeine. Both raise blood pressure temporarily which slows blood flow. He said that it is much better than cigs, but (always the "but"), work to lower the intake. Speaking of those tiny blood vessels not getting oxygen, my dentist, who doesn't know I switched, said my gums look a lot healthier.

I used to tell my growing son that, "to much of anything is not good".

I drink some coffee in the morning to help me get going. My nic content is now down 75% from the beginning.

I don't worry about the small crap. I breath imperfect air and I eat imperfect foods.

I am healthier without the drama. My blood pressure is lower. Life with vaping is definitely harm reduction and that is fine by me.

Yeah, and I'm betting he was bought and paid for by BT. Just the kind of guy they'd want in their corner, and you can be sure they have been shopping intensely while prepared to throw all the money it takes at it.

BT doesn't want vaping to go away, no, not at all. They want to OWN all vaping. That's why they are trying to get laws passed that only allow closed vaping systems, meaning those they fill with juice and nic, not those open systems we use. This would restore their monopoly on nicotine and their lost profits on 2 billion packs of smokes.

We found something better and healthier than they were selling and lying about for all those years, so now they want to take it over and screw us all over again.

If you read Dr Farsalinos research on vaping I think you would understand how ridiculous your statement is.

The reason we know that nicotine does not cause heart disease are the decades of studies on smokeless tobacco. Contrary to common myth smokeless tobacco does not cause heart disease (or cancer for that matter). There are studies on Swedish snus going back to the 60's to back that up. The reason it was first suspected that vaping would be much less harmful then smoking where the studies on ST. We already know the long term effect of nicotine and it is negligible so on that regard we do know.

I may not be obese, but I don't do a lot of excise (A.K.A None)... Would you say it would be a good idea to get a higher nic level, as I find myself vaping all the time, and can sometimes use a whole bottle of eliquid (10ml) in a day.
