Do I have a soft cap Premium carto?

I bought some V4L cartos on a buy off the Sales and Trades forum. They are great BTW, and I've spent an evening and a day trying to vape it dry. Dang, they last a long time!

Anyway, I removed the cap and it's white rubber about 1/4 inch thick with an indentation ring like the silicone rubber incerts that are in other cartos.
There wasn't an insert under the white cap. The batting is higher up toward the end of the mouthpeice too. Is that typical of V4L cartos? There wouldn't be space for an insert on this carto anyway because of that. This one is Chocolate. There was no glue on it either.

Is this one of the new Premium cartos?
