I've been a smoker for 17 years. Stopped during the pregnancies of both my kids, but started right back up again. They've BOTH been yelling at me to quit for a while now, so decided to go vape style. (And the urging of a friend) I went ahead and ordered a kit last night.

But even after reading pages and pages, and watching hours of videos, I don't know if I need anything else to start with! This is what I've ordered:

510 1000Mah Pink Excaliber Ego Twist Kit (Pink Exc 1000 twist kit) (Vapors choice)
Complete 510 Pink Excalibur Ego Twist Kit Includes:
1 - Vapors Choice EGO Case
2 - 1000 Mah EGO-C Twist batteries
2 - Excalibur V2 tanks 5 click turn /off
1 - USB Charger
1 - Wall Adaptor
And, of course, a bunch of samples and nummy sounding flavors of juice

So is there anything else that I should order? Other than the pretty things (I saw those twisted tips, omg I want I want lol) is there something that you guys and gals would highly recommend for a first timer?

sounds fairly complete, being a noob myself i may not have the best advise, but a 2nd charger would never hurt unless you are going to take your 1 charger with you everywhere

same reason you have a cell phone charger at home and one in your car and sometimes one at work, dont want it running out of battery

The extra charger and maybe a USB lighter adapter for your car would be a good idea in the long run. Those tanks appear to have replaceable atomizers, so you may want to stock up on a few of those as they may only last a week or two each. You may also want to try regular low resistance cartomizers, either CE4 or Boge. For the first step you're in good shape! Hope vaping helps you like it has helped so many of us!

Remember to drink lots of water. The PG will dehydrate you and give you a headache if you don't.

THIS, Oh man I got so dehydrated the first 2-3 weeks that both corners of my mouth split really bad and took a good week or two to heal up. Be sure to drink water, some more water, then even more water. Maybe even keep some chapstick handy just in case too.

You would love a vivi nova instead of a carto. Easy and you can get other heads when they wear out and that is a lot more time than a week. been using my heads for 4 weeks and still good. Easy to clean too. I wish someone had told me about them when I first started. Other wise it sounds like you have everything for now..

Ewww, canker sores? Bleh. That's just gross. And I'ma girl, I LIVE with chapstick nearby. In various flavors and colors.

Easy to use will be good at first, eventually I'll start tinkering. But that's why I'm asking questions now, instead of later. I'd rather find out now and have some knowledge as to what to ask, than have no idea what I'm asking.

Well, I already have a USB hub for my car (Its how I charge my cell phone as it is) with 2 ports. Since I ALWAYS have my car with me, there's no problem I don't think with only having one charger.

So! Cartomizers. Check :D And replacement atomizers.

Thanks for the help!

You may not need to order it today BUT if you like your setup do plan on ordering another charger in the near future. The biggest reason for needing more then one charger isn't for having a charger in different locations but the chargers aren't known for being the most reliable and if you only have one and it stops working you can't charge your batteries until you get a replacement charger. ;)

In the beginning there feels like there is SO MUCH to learn that it can be overwhelming ;) Don't let your head spin too much. You're first priority is simply to start with something that gets you off those nasty cigarettes and gives you some reference for your own likes and dislikes of the many vaping toys we have to enjoy today. No one wants to waste money, but the reality is that many of us did stop smoking with whatever we started with and then by our own choice chose to move on to try other equipment because we wanted to not always because we had too. You'll have plenty of time to digest and learn all about the whole wonderful work of vaping once you're no longer smoking anymore :vapor:
