Do I need special permission to do a coop buy? or should I just sell off the extras?

Well, that's my question. Just curious, do I need special permission to do a coop buy? Not sure here if I'm better off doing a coop or just selling off what I don't need.

I don't want to say which item I'm thinking of, but it is something that I am sure will get a lot of interest.

I believe that if you want to start a co-op that it has to be approved by the ECF before it can be done.

This question is best answered by a ECF mod though.

CO-OPs

Discussions are not allowed in the classified section, with the exception of discussing the item for sale. Please see "Posting Etiquette" below.
Planning of CO-OPs should be made outside the classified sections. Choose an appropriate forum to discuss.
Large CO-OPs should be pre-approved by myself, if you are unsure if your CO-OP is considered large, please ask. PM me .
Be as detailed as possible when posting your CO-OP.
CO-OPs are an exception to the bump rule. You are allowed more than 3 bumps but are limited to 1 bump every 24 hours(once a day).

There is also the PIF co-op section, but we have pretty different rules there. PIF Co-ops
Not knowing any details, and not sure what kind of co-op your going for...so idk what would be best but those are the two approved sections for co-ops on ECF.
