do I need to dilute 25mg/ml any further?

I am new to this site, but not new to vaping. My last cigarette was 11/14/11... so been vaping for almost 3 years. Anyway I have for awhile been thinking of mixing my own liquid and finally decided to do it, but again I'm new and like to ease into things...so I ordered 125ml of 25mg/ml vegetable glycerin solution from nicvape. It arrived today and I just want to make sure I'm right in thinking what I'm thinking---what I'm thinking is that since I usually buy 10 ml of 24 mg juice then I don't need to dilute this solution any further than adding my flavoring...? Is that right? I thought that was the case but then wasn't sure. So if someone could chime in and let me know one way or another that would be great.

On a side note nicotine & USP VG by itself tastes like celery to me. Does anyone else find a celery type taste? I feel like I've added a good bit of flavoring and still I taste celery.. .

I'm totally alright with that. I used to use 11mg happily, but the gas station by my house only sells 24mg.... so... I don't really care the strength as long as it is 24 or lower. Anything more and I get headaches. Too much 24 and I get the headaches. Before quitting analog cigs I could often be seen sucking down a pack a day of Marlboro ultralight because sometimes I want to smoke for the action far more than for the nicotine. If times were hard I would smoke too much so when times were hard I would step down my strength and up my usage... Ya dig? Anyway I prefer using a lower mg more often... I just wanted to make sure that 25mg/ml was what I thought it was. And I guess it is. Just as my usual bottle is 24 mg nicotine this stuff is 25 mg nicotine. It sounds like an obvious question but for whatever reason once I started mixing I started doubting myself and my thinking that I wouldn't need to add any more pg or vg. Began to worry I would somehow poison myself. Lol

celery taste is something new? I would be concerned about the quality of the nic/pg/vg the vendor uses. I know with most people that if the nic is too strong they tend to get a peppery taste.

Most turn to diy to save some extra money on the cost of juice. The easiest way to do that is purchase higher concentration nic in either pg or vg(which ever one you want more of in your final mix. then using a calculator you mix your nic with the pg/vg/flavoring to your final result. for example i start with 48mg nic in pg, then add flavoring and vg to end at a 12mg 60pg/40vg ratio. The reason why I go with nic 4x's the strength I want to end at is it takes 4x's less so it last a whole lot longer and usually only cost a few bucks more for the higher nic base.

I save money by getting the 25mg/ml and adding the flavoring. I spend 4.25 for 10 ml. I paid 13 and change to have 125 ml of 25 mg shipped. Spent 8.00 on flavorings, So... still saves me a ton with no risk. I know that buying some PG and higher nice solution would save me more and I probably will do that next time, but wanted to try out mixing my own first. Safely. I buy 2 or 3 10 ml bottles a week so this will save me money...
Also I got the nicotine liquid from nicvape and I hear they are pretty good.
I found other people on the forum that said they got a celery taste from the vg, so it's just a taste thing I guess. Lol.

OK I just checked the math and to buy the same amount of liquid like I usually do it would have cost me nearly 54.00 and I only spent 21. So definitely saved myself some. With no risk of illness.
