Do I need to fix this before I use it again?

Sorry for the low-res, I have a stupid phone.
I dunno if it was my charger or what (I have one of the basic ones that had the slide to fit different size batteries), but I took it off the charger today and i have these small scrapes on the cellophane gold stripe that covers the silver stripe that runs down the side of my battery. Is this going to be safe to use or am I going to have to re-shrink the whole battery? Your help is greatly appreciated ECF.

For comparison, a brand new Panasonic NCR 18650A

Anybody care to comment? Should I take the views+silence as an indicator that I OBVIOUSLY need to rewrap it? Or is my pic so horribly bad that nobody can even tell and doesn't wanna give me the go ahead to blow myself up?

I would electrical tape it to keep it from shorting out in a mech. If you don't use mech then don't worry about it.

Thanks for the reply! I use The Trixie, Regulated VV mod. Maybe I should just tape it anyway. Stupid crappy cellophane, otherwise this 3100 mah battery is boss!]
