Do juice venders buy from places like Wizard Labs as well?

I have no specific knowledge of this, and I doubt that it would be easy to come by. Here are my quick thoughts on the matter, though:

If I were a hardware vendor who wanted to start selling a few DIY supplies, I would probably inquire to a DIY e-liquid company as to what they would offer for wholesale prices for differently-sized bulk orders. I believe that this is a fairly common practice, and that it benefits both parties. This does not require very much initial investment, other than the cost of the bulk orders.

If I were looking to seriously compete with said DIY e-liquid company, then it would not make sense for either party to enter such an arrangement, and I'd be looking to source the individual chemicals from as close to their manufacturing level as possible, and mix them myself. This would likely require a lot more initial investment for the proper equipment, possible licensing issues, and many other things.

The juice vendors started out just like we're doing. I'm sure as the demand for their products grew, they went to the bargaining table with their vendors for bulk pricing. We have access to the identical products they are using. We just aren't too sure which ones they use for certain recipes. That's why we beat those cloning question threads to death here. :)

You don't have to wait until you start a business to save some money. If you have a Tractor Supply Store near you, they sell FDA Grade PG and VG cheap. Nicotine and some flavorings are the only thing you would have to negoiate pricing for but WL is hard to beat when it comes to those. The PG and VG can almost be bought for the price of the shipping alone from Internet Suppliers. Most Pharmacy's sell it as well but no where near as cheap as Tractor Supply.
