I bought PG/VG 80/20 when I first started. I had tightness in my chest and terrible itching on my legs and arms. I read on ECF about allergies some people had experienced. I changed and can now vape 50/50 without any irritation. I like VG better as it produces more vapor. Also, after 1 year, your lungs will look almost normal according to my doctor. As far as damage done to them, no one knows.

Can I buy VG and mix it with the PG liquid that I recently bought?

Yes you can. That's what I've been doing to dilute both PG & to lower nic mgs. My body is demanding less nic. Got mine at drug store in skin care section - 'Glycerin USP'. You can get it in other stores as well. However, it will dilute the nic & flavor also. Some ecig websites sell it too. Some ecig suppliers sell juice with different levels of pg/vg also. Freedomsmokeusa.com is one of them. I've ordered some 0mg juices to start diluting with as I have too much 18 mg juice and don't like diluting all my flavors.

I was also getting a strong sense that all pg juices were not working for me. Have started getting 50/50 mixes of pg/vg that are working out for me quite well. Allergy symptoms are all going away. I'll see how this goes for awhile and make changes as needed. If I end up vaping all vg & flavoring, that's OK too.
