Do PCC's not charge as fully as a wall charger?

I have a joy 510 and pcc. I've only had my batteries for about 1.5 months and it really feels like the performance has gone way down.

When i first got my equipment I got very large satisflying vape off the e-cig. But the batteries seem to drain quicker and quicker and my vapes are not as satisfying as they once were.

I use my pcc for charging most of the time. When i use my usb passthrough at home I am able to get back those large satisfying pulls so I'm 95% sure it's not my atomizer.

As I understand it, batteries should be good for about 5-6 months? Yet I feel like even strait off the charger I only get about 20 min of power before it trickles down to a weak vape for another 35-40 min and then needs a recharge.

I switched from a janty classic kissbox to a joy 510 because i wanted the pcc for when i am out and about I don't have to carry a bunch of precharge batteries (also because i had a scare with one of the janty batteries i carried in my pocket, but that's another story). But at least my kissbox batteries were able to hold a much longer charge (the janty has always been charged from a wall socket)

So i am wondering if regular charging with the pcc has caused my batteries to not be as effective? Even using the wall charger now the batteries don't seem to have much oomph.

Has anyone else experianced this or have any thoughts on it?

Can't say for certain, but I have not had a PCC fail to charge a battery back up fully. They do charge slower than a wall charger and get slower as their internal charge diminishes, but they do charge.

I have noticed that batteries that are used until they blink that they need a charge all the time do not hold a charge as well as ones that are put on charge well before they go all the way down.

My son and I got our equipment about 2 weeks apart with me getting mine first. Both Joye 510's. I got extra batteries and offered some to him and he refused. So he uses his batteries till they go dead. I use my batteries slightly and charge them frequently by rotating them often. His batteries last only about 1/4 of what they did new. Mine seem to work the same.

Is it that mine are actually used less than his? Or is it the full discharge before recharge? I go through about 4x the juice he does, but I also have a homemade box mod that is my usual. I keep an assembled 510 standard on me as I put down the box each time the atty gets hot and use the standard assembly waiting for the box's atty to cool down. (This is an attempt to have attys blow on me less often and has nothing to do with the batteries themselves. After going through more than an atty a week for 4 weeks, you start to rethink your process.)

Have you thought of an inexpensive box mod or maybe an ego? It does seem that your batteries are on their last leg.

I had bad luck with my 510 PCC.. it worked how it was supposed to for a couple weeks and then would not charge when I needed it to the most. The stock 510 is great for an entrance into vaping and also for stealth vaping... but I would highly suggest you look into a mod. I can vouch that the bartleby and little chuck are both great mods.

Thanks for the replies all.

I've have been using my batteries untill they blink so that may be the issue. I'm also charging my batteries off the wall charger now as well and not completly relying on the pcc.

I still love the idea if I am out an about I can use the pcc for an evening but when at work or at home next to a wall charge i've been using those. Batteries seem to last a bit better now so maybe the pcc i have just doesn't have as much oomph. it's still very convenent and will charge 4-5 times before i have to plug it in again, which will get my through an evening out just fine.

I have ordered an eGo to try out as well through Janty (i have a kissbox through them that i loved but wanted to try the 510 with the pcc for when i was away from a power source)
