Do recipes scale up linearly?

I have made my first successful DIY. 5ml of the best juice I've ever tasted.

Now I want a 2oz. bottle of it. (2oz. Boston Brown glass with glass eyedroppers is what I have.)

Can I just scale the recipe up using math, or is there a trick to this?

No tricks - simple. Just use the same %s for the pg/vg/nic/flavors that you used in the 5ml sample in the 2oz bottle.
