Do they ever read your emails?

I emailed Don 3 times these past 3 days and they still shipped my item to a wrong address. I been buying from backwoods for over a year now, my last 5 items were in my current address, this one somehow I noticed on email had my old address as shipping. I emailed and contacted from the webside, no one ever read it and this morning I get an email that my item was shipped, TO AN ADDRESS I HAVENT LIVED IN FOR OVER A YEAR. Last item took over a week to ship, this one is going to place I don't live in, I don't know what's going on with this vendor but I can assure them, this is the last time I'll ever buy from them.

I am having trouble getting a response. I ordered on the Backwoods Brew site, and it appeared successful. I received nothing, and the order still appeared in my cart, but the money had been taken out of my account. Don responded to ask for some info re the date of the order but I have never heard a word back. Has anyone else faced such issues?
