Do they make above normal size cart

I want to be able to refill a cartomizer less often....is there a term for bigger size cartomizers? And since I'm getting a JoyE 510 (for outside) and a JoyEgo for home, do they make those that fit for both these models?

They do indeed. You're looking for "XL" or "XXL" (or larger) cartomizers.

I believe Ego Mega Cartomizers hold 3-4 ml of liquid, that'd help out. They wouldn't fit your 510, but there are also XL 510 cartomizers, so you could use them on both.

You might also later look into a carto tank. I just got mine recently and love it. It's a clear cylindrical tank that sits around your carto and feeds it fluid. It'd look kind of unwieldy on a 510, but fits fine on an Ego.

Basically it'll be easy to solve your problem on the Ego, less so on the 510. (510 XL cartos are still only like 1.5ml.) I recommend a mega cartomizer or two to try out (less than $5), and a carto tank (which are like $10-20).

The ego and the 510 have different threading, but just buy an adapter. The carts come in XL size, but you may want to look into a descent tank for home use.

On the slim Joye 510 you can only use 2.5 to 3 ohm single coil cartos. You may be able to find jumbo cartos (cartomizer = carto, not cart). More use normal size cartos and on big batteries use a carto tank that surrounds a specially prepunched carto with 3ml+ of liquid.

Well, the Ego takes 510 and Ego threads both, so you can share some pieces, but yeah, you could get an adapter to use on both, probably.
