I placed an order on monday for $230 dollars worth of stuff and they keep telling me it will ship tomorrow. Now they are not even answering the phone, it just goes to a fax line.... Is this the service you always get with totally wicked? thats just wicked....

I placed an order Monday and I got tracking information yesterday. I use Totally Wicked all the time. I have never tried to call but I email. They usually answer these within a couple of hours. They have already gave me great service. I usually receive my orders within 2-3 days. They may just be busy from their recent sale.
I'm sure they'll get it to you. I don't blame you for being nervous with that large of an order, but you needn't worry about TW. Be patient.
Well i got a hold of them and they were holding my order because the mega chargers were out of stock. They are shipping out the remainder for me now though and i got my tracking number already 
Now say a prayer for me that the multi packs of atomizers and batteries for my 510 work. Ive definitely seen some horror stories about the multi packs with no warranty and all.

In fact I just called them 5 minutes ago...... They are open...... Call them at 888 761 9425..... They just told me to tell you to call if you have a problem...... They were very backed up on Monday.......

Emailed them late last evening, almost 20 hours later with no reply.
I get that they're probably busy with the sale, but for a first time experience, I have to say I'm quite unimpressed.
I'm sure it helps NONE that I received my Titan 510 on Tuesday, and haven't smoked an analog since it charged fully... and now that the residual nic from the analogs is starting to fully leave my system, my 1 battery and 1 charger (PCC) with 18mg juice is NOT working for me as well as it was Tuesday and Wednesday.
I am acutely aware that my under-stocked initial order now wasn't the best idea, but a 4 day delay in shipping w/ no contact is a little out there.
If I'm off base and over agitated, let me know, but I don't think I'm being too unreasonable.

I've also never had a single atty fail that I've purchased there. Not even the 801's.

Even if all it was, was "Hey, we're very very busy trying to fill orders. We're running X days behind, and trying to go as quickly as we can. Thanks for understanding."
Hopefully it'll get here before I'm out of juice and pre-filled carts. It's going to be tight though.

I've ordered from them 3 times. the first time, it took them 2 weeks to ship my order because I got Nazied by paypal so it added an extra week. The last 2 times it took them about a week to ship. It seems to me that they may be understaffed as everywhere else I order from ships the same day or the next day every time I've ordered.
I placed a order on monday. I got it on Friday. Not bad and if my mail man is the way the post office works it is strange we get mail at all. Relax they will not rip you off. waiting sucks but my order was worth it.

I was looking forward to trying the M/boro but it looks like that's not in the cards. Trying to speed things along I asked them to just switch the order to Tobacco (24mg and 0mg, so I can dilute mg w/o losing flavor) but now it's occurred to me that the flavors may not be comparable.

Sorry, I haven't tried the Tobacco flavors as I prefer menthol. I looked at the TECC US site and the site is showing they have some TW M/boro in 36, 18 and 8mg if that might help.?.?

Unless the flavoring came from a vastly different batch [like the 0mg has been sitting around for 6 months, the 24mg is brand new, and the flavor mixture is for some reason way different now], you should be fine. I've done that also with 555 and it works great

Unfortunately, I really really want to have a 0mg and a high mg so I can use the high in the morning then a mixed down / 0mg throughout the day, as morning is the worst time. I've been sitting here puffing for about an hour on the 18mg just trying to get the tinge to go away, but once I'm sated maintenance is simpler.

If your looking for a way to get rid of the morning thing, next time they have some of the DV 54mg in stock getcha some of that to bump up the strengths without chaning the flavors.
I use coffee in the mornings and a little increase in nic really takes that edge off.
I started moving away from the tobacco flavors and eventually wound up with a menthol or watermelon for the day. (funny cause I never smoked menthol)
Giving up the flavor moved me even farther away from the analogs.

Sorry for you Sir, but...... I talked with them yesterday....... They got really backed up because of the holiday...... Usually when I order from them, it ships the next day, however, I ordered on Tuesday and it still has not shipped...... They get busy....... Call them at 888-761-9425 and they will talk to you...... Be nice and respectfull...... Be assured that 230 dollars is not a lot of money to them...... They are not going to ruin their reputation for 230 dollars....... You will get your order...... They have always been good to me.........
I've placed three orders with them and all of them shipped within 3 days. No problems with either shipping or reliability of products. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Maybe you know the secret phrase to put in your order?
Update on my experience: My order was set to 'in processing' on Sunday.
It's still 'in processing', which means my order, dating back to the 5th, is still not shipped.
I'm sure everyone over at Totally Wicked is busy, sure, but 6 days to address an out of stock ordered item (that the website still said there were 11 of when I was told it was out of stock) combined with this delay doesn't exactly give a great first impression.
