Somebody actually answered the phone!!

I have been dealing with other suppliers........cancelled 2 orders because they never answered their phone or email for any questions.

Now I must say that I am so happy so far with nhaler even though I haven't even got my order yet. Drew himself answered the phone........nice man...shipping is high but I value supplier access and honesty more than the price of shipping. And while I am on that subject, half the people are do not even put their shipping on the website (I would not call that upfront and honest). You have to go thru the checkout process to find that out.

Dawn at ecigsmokestore.com also answered her phone. Drew and her will have my orders from now on............why? Because they answer their friggin phone.

Have always gotten a real speaking human being on the phone from VaporKing and RockyMountainVapor. Yes, I agree nice to hear a human voice rather answer machine and many of the sellers don't even have a phone number.

You are right. Drew is awesome. I don't know how he even gets any sleep between answering our questions and shipping our orders. I am sure that you will be pleased with the service you receive from him.
