Do we need to keep the juice a week or two to get real flavor/vapor?

I've read some discussions where people suggest keeping the liquid for a week or two before using them to get the real flavor/vapor. Is it true? Do we really need to keep it that long before using? I just take out the bottle and use it. I've tried BB 555,virginia,casablanca,blast,Applewood all with 18mg strength. etc. I felt good right away after trying 555,virginia and blast. But with casablanca I liked it after few days. Why is it taking some time?
I've been vaping Applewood tobacco from BB after seeing good reviews. vaping over a week still I feel it very mild. I've tried turkish tobacco from articvapor and it is great. Do you have any similar experiences?

Everyone's taste is different, so there is no blanket answer in any case. Some liquids seem to need it, some don't.

Perfumes are steeped for 2 days before sale, so this is common practice for some types of mixes, and perfumes have some similarities to e-liquids.
