I live with my eGo/510 combo in my hand and mouth constantly. I find myself biting on the end of the cartridge until the little end piece pops out, then I try to stick it back in with my teeth.... Am I the only one? LOL

I'm a nibbler too, but I only do it hard enough to make the plastic give a little, taking care not to pop the little piece off! I also wipe the tip constantly when I am wearing lipstick even though I am about to get more on it.
I've done that a few times with my eGo. I'm a nibbler. As hard as I try not to bite on the cart, they end up getting gnarly. In general though, I have to replace a cart due to deformed plastic at the atomizer end before I have to due to chomping.
I also bite down on the wall of plastic that separates the liquid from the empty region at the end. That satisfies my urge to bite down, but doesn't actually crush the cart.

I do that exact same thing, the first time it came out I thought I had chipped my tooth lol
I use 901 whistle tips on my 510. They can take the abuse of chewing and there is no fear of accidentally inhaling a plastic end piece.

I've been vaping for 3 months and only started having that problem when I got my Rivas a couple weeks ago. 8-o Never had that problem with my standard 510 batts. Must be something about how I am holding (clutching with fervor maybe?

I don't nibble but I always remove the end thing anyway if I use a liquid cart.

I always nibble too, drip tips have helped stop me choking on the bit of plastic though
Yes, happens to me too. I use a 510 and tend to hold the thing in my teeth like a cigar. Just don't want to turn the blessed thing loose. I love vaping!!
I uh,..used to chew on a yellow #2 pencil once in a while, back in the day when people used to use them, but not ever on the cart on my atty. I get enough juice in my mouth without making it any easier!
If anyone is still subscribed to this thread, you may find this interesting. I recently upgraded my two eGo devices from 510 to the cylinder-shaped mega attys, and I haven't had an urge to bite down on the tip at all, which is now just as wide as the eGo, so the extra-wide nature of it makes it so it doesn't feel like you have a pen in your mouth when you're using it. I like to bite pens.
Perhaps it's because it shifts the focus from the teeth to the lips? I feel like I'm getting my "biting" fix when it's between my lips. It may also be the case for other whistle tip styles, never tried them, but it curves up a bit at the end and actually gets a bit fatter, allowing it to nestle satisfyingly between the lips.
