I got severe headaches with the Njoy cigalike e-cig and then I got migraines worthy of an ambulance ride to the ER from my Lotus cigalike. I had the Njoy at .8% nic and the Lotus was 18%. I am currently vaping juice that s 18% and I have yet to get a headache from it. It is high in PG as well, which I find I don't like, but the answer for me anyways is no. I'm a moderate vaper too. I am also prone to migraines.
As Talyon said, might be drawing too hard on your PV. But you might also be using too high a nic level. Try not to puff as much in a short span of time, or lower your nic level if you want to chain vape.

I've been vaping for over 2 months now and as of yet...no headaches. I use to constantly get headaches from smoking analogs that's why I made the switch. I smoke only 18mg and 24mg nic.
If I over do it, yes. Never bad but it has happened. I cut back on my nic level and haven't had a problem in quite a while.
And headache is one possible symptom of too much nicotine. And I remember getting headaches sometimes with smoking. Worse than with vaping come to think...
