Headaches are one of the signs of nicotine overdose. You may want to see about a lower nic juice for times you want to chain vape, or even a 0 nic juice if you want to vape after feeling a headache start.
You might not understand this but i've got a couple of fillings in my teeth that are about 25 years old. One i had replaced cos it fell out. One thing i learned over the years was if i ate sugary foods i'd get head pain. It's the same now. One or two of my teeth are sensitive to sugar. So i don't use sugar, problem solved. It's called re-directed pain. You don't feel the pain as a toothache you just get a headache. I know lots of you won't believe this or won't understand it but it's the truth.
Sometimes. I use 24mg juice. I have a problem sometimes with its always "lit" and just vape away.

Interesting... I thought I could be vaping to much and it seems maybe I might not be vaping enough, maybe I need a higher mg!
I'm with the water on this one. You're probably gonna get sicker before you feel better. It's just your body cleaning out all the nasties from smoking. Stay hydrated. Stick with it.
Hydrate and if that doesn't do it for ya then buy a plain base to cut your juice with or buy a lower nic level in the same flavor your higher one is in and drip that on top of it to slowly lower the nic level to no headache.
when i started vapeing all was fine I used cig lookalikes for a month then bought ego set up and some 12mg juice 2 weeks in terrible headaches after vapeing for 5 mins. I thought nic overdose after reading forums. I lowered nic to 6mg same thing absolute blinding headaches. After a month of this I was ready to give up vapeing, i was using 0 nic and still the headaches. I then went from 50/50 Pg Vg to 100% Vg No headaches!!!! I was using a nasel spray for sinus by that time as that helped a bit with the headaches and was taking antihistamines as that helped a bit. I used 100% Vg for 6 months and then tried cutting some thick juice with a few drops of Pg which Id got and realised I can now tolerate a bit of PG (some places use Pg even in 100%Vg for flavour just in very small quantities) I recently thought Id try a higher ratio pg in a DIY juice but after a couple of hours I got massive hives, really itchy all over! I would suggest giving 100% VG a go as it certainly worked for me then maybe try introducing a small amount of PG to see if your body can tolerate it. Alot of people say a 50/50 mix is perfect for flavour/TH . 100%Vg can mute some flavours. Just give a few different things a go to eliminate and determine the cause of your headaches vapeing is worth the struggle to get it right, not everybody is lucky enough to get it right when they first start out but perservere and GOOD LUCK!

I got headaches quite a bit when I started, I started with Blu, I thought maybe I'm dragging too hard (Which most analog to electronic switchers do at first), I ended up going over to a wanna be Joytech local brand, headaches where mostly gone, but came and went. I was in Birmingham, AL one day and stopped by Vulcan Vape, picked up some Rockstar (which is awesome), and some Johnson Creek, with the Rockstar, no headache, with Johnson Creek, however, headache mania! I still don't know what the reason is to a T, could be ingredients, could be a noxious odor that I couldn't smell. I do like the taste of JC's products somewhat, but I can't vape it do to the headaches.
I prefer Mister-E-Liquid's 33% blend, never had a headache, and have wonderful flavor and vape. Alien Visions is awesome as well, never had and issue there either. I don't know what blend JC uses, but since it isn't up there I'm going to say a 100% PG formula, unless you buy from the Red Oak brand they have which, since all they say is VG based, is 100% VG.
Try different brands, you'll find one you like, and doesn't cause the headaches, also going on the Sinus issue side, not burning the fluid efficiently will irritate the Sinuses. Too hot or too cold will make a difference.
