to approach people you see smoking (that you DON'T know) and tell them about e-cigs?:D

I don't... because I don't want to look like a crazy person, but I just came from grocery shopping and could not believe the people I saw smoking in the parking lot. Maybe I just never noticed before, but I really had to hold back the urge to yell "Put that thing down and get an e-cig!!!!!!!" I'm sure I would get the WTF look!

Nope no way! That would be inciting a riot with a parking lot full of smokers but if someone asks well then I would be eager to help with some advice. One thing I have noticed after you get used to the transition is that this way is such a cleaner method than analogs and kind of look at real analogs as disgusting. Also agree with the WTF look, I don't think enough info out there for mainstream not to expect that. Astute observation comes to mind

LOL Tic I know

Just got my kit on yesterday. Was grocery shopping and waslked out the door to see four peeps hanging out smoking.. I calmly pulled out my ecig and puffed away. It was hillarious.

One guy kept looking and when I would look, he would look away til I said 'Its OK to ask what this is.' LOL

He did I explained it to him, even dismantled it to show him I wasn't lying... lol maybe he will look it up on the internet.

I also took my kit to my neighbors house... COPD.... still smoking liek a chimney. :-( (as if I would not be if not for ecigs). Loaded up a Marl cart and let him at it.... He may be around to check it out as I book marked this site in his favorites on IE.

+1 - I found that our family is really resistant, so I figure complete strangers would be, too. In the beginning, I wanted to tell everyone, now I am like Aspen - I wait to be asked about it first. Then I spew forth a ton of relevant info and how much better I feel as a result.

I have a ZiMoshi 901LV mod now and I get the WTF look all the time when I am out in public. However, it is the PV that keeps me off of the analogs, so I don't really care what others think about it. I figure if they don't like it, they don't have to be near me or look at it. :D Having said that, I do not flaunt it either (i.e., I don't use it in areas where you cannot smoke).
