I'm vaping about 4 ml of 24 mg juice each day, and sometimes I get a headache. I like high nic juice in the morning because it gives me a buzz, but I feel it might be too strong for the rest of the day if I vape a lot.

Do you think I should vape a higher concentration in the morning and use a lower nic juice for the rest of the day?

It is possible to get headaches from vaping, it depends on how you vape, if you chain vape and what possible allergies you have to some of the products. Also another factor is oxygen restriction from the nicotine and overall vaping. 4ml of 24mg juice is a very high quantity if nicotine in the raw. I would take it down a notch and see how you feel. If you are doing okay I will adjust accordingly.

I only been vaping with out cigarettes since March ninth. Took a bit to finally decide lol but from March ninth til this day I get nose bleeds. Not every day not too bad but they are there. I've never had a nose bleed ever til vaping. It as well dries out my nose and makes weird little i dont know what to call it but a spongey almost booger looking thing in my nose lol. Lately this past week or two the nose bleeds are less common and it's sore teeth and bleeding gums when I brush my teeth. Again not severe but they are there. I'm no dr and can't confirm this is due to my vaping habit (hardcore) but never had these issues til now so i dont know. I dont care really cuz ima continue to vape. By the way I use either 18mg but mostly 16mg normally 50/50 pg/vg. Vape on vape strong ppl.

well soda will suck the hydration right out of you... if you drink a lot of soda you really have to up your intake of water and drink a lot of it.

i mean, ok, well, you don't 'have to' - but if you don't, the sore bleeding gums, sore throat, nosebleeds, and gunk in the nose will only get worse! Hydrating the body is a simple way to stop all that yukky stuff. ;)

I'm a chain vaper and I've never gotten a headache but I I have also never vaped at that that high of a nicotine level either with my highest being 18mg. I think the reason I don't get a headache is because I stay hydrated I drink two 54 oz mugs of iced tea a day. Try to increase your fluid intake or lower your nicotine level, sorry if that's not the right advice.
