So no, I wont buy "Premium juice" even if it tastes like tiny rainbows melting in your mouth.

I''m going to start DIY, but when I first started vaping MadVapes carried their house brand that used Hangens flavoring, Could get 30ml for $10. Madvapes changed the mixture around somehow and it tastes like burnt plastic now. I had to start buying "Premium" for my EDV which is $11 per 15ml.. The Chinese Hangsen juice was a way better Menthol than any premium iv tried... And way cheaper, and I saw a video of their factory, there was nothing not "Premium" about it... lol

I'm too lazy to DIY. But I've had some terrible "premium" juices, some excellent ones, and my most of my ADVs are inexpensive juices from ECBlends or Mad Town Vapor.
A high price, like a lot of people are saying on here, (and I agree) doesn't mean it's gonna be good juice.

But vapers tongue is usually because you've been vaping the same flavor for too long, and that could happen with just about anything. Switch it up, have something to drink, and you should be okay!

I DIY 90% of my juices. I will say this tho, back when I was vaping mostly vendor juices I would get vaper's tongue often. After starting DIY and cutting back on the amount of flavor I use, I never get it now.

A friend of mine has found the same thing and says it is because with the amount of flavoring used in most vendor juices we are over saturating our palette.

I'll buy some Premium juices....Cosmic Fog, Propaganda..on occasion I'm a low watt vapor 5-10 watts 6 watts my sweet spot for most flavors. I got a 15ml.bottle of Cosmic Fog Euphoria and one of Propaganda Illuminati little over 2 weeks ago and still have half bottle of each. No way I would buy them if I was sub ohm vaping or high watt vaping and guzzling through the juice.
I got my tobacco flavors in past from HHV but recently it's been Mt Baker Vapor as my go to online company. I just tried Vape Wild last month with a sample pack. Very good deal plus the free 30ml but it was a little more harsh...I did enjoy a couple flavors, and I will order them again. Possibly use them and Mt Baker Vapor but MBV will still be the go to company for my juice. Then I'll still enjoy the more premium juice companies that have some flavors I really enjoy.
Do some Google search of Vapors Tongue. I found a couple really good artices. But drink plenty of fluids, don't vape one flavor constantly as this is main cause of it. I always have at least 4 different flavors in rotation. Eating something spicy can help bring your taste buds back. You can.find a lot more on Internet about Vapor Tongue but hope that helps some

I have had good luck with www.alternatecig.com
$10 for 10ml and about 20 for some NICE 120ml bottles
There are others out there but don't have em off the top of my skull
I have made a TON of DIY
But they are all starting to taste the same! I can try some of the premiums have and can taste a difference
What am I doing wrong???
Maybe I should try just PG and VG?
I have FOUR gallons of that
I just want to be able to taste flavors-when I hit cinnamon I can REALLY taste that!!
I just cant justify $1 a ml-that's just not right-it would cost me $200 a week!!!
Does ANYONE have an idea what I can try?
Thank you!!

I've only been vaping premium juices for about a half a year now. I have no desire to DIY, and I guess that one of the advantages of not being a heavy duty sub ohm vaper, is that I don't go through that many mLs a day, even though I do chain vape, and I can afford premium juices.

I've tried all kinds of juices, and I haven't found any cheaper juices that are comparable to some of the premium juices that i buy. I do try to buy them on sale online, and not from my local store, as the price is basically double.

In a word - yes and no.

Ha ha

My go to juices are still Hangsen RY4 and RY6 / Golden Tobacco 80PG/20VG at 6mg. Affordable, coil friendly, taste like cigarette / pipe tobacco without the price of NET. In an EVOD or Nautilus Mini.

But sometimes my taste switches and I want to really sit back in an armchair while watching a film and vape slow and long and really enjoy something else and feel like I'm having a luxury experience, then yeah the premium heavier VG stuff in a sub ohm tank (I've tried Space Jam, Suicide Bunny, 13th Floor Elevapors and G2 Vapor) at 25-35 watts is special. It gets boring quick after a day or two, but for that hour or so; is really good.

You have to have a lot of options to make it work I find. Heck I still smoke a few a week too when I'm in my cups but so much less than before.

As I have posted before in this thread, try ITC Vapes. Many people here accuse me of being an absolute snob when it comes to all things vaping. I cannot put this cheap juice down however. I have tried five different banana vapes from premium vendors and have yet to find one that tops this Nilla Gorilla. $19.99 for a 120ml and a little more if you go with nic above 12mg.

Yes but with a whole lot of caveats. I'd never pay a buck a ml. Some people think "premium" means the ingredients are better. I think most juice is largely the same with the exception of the genius that mixes it and some of the flavorings. I appreciate the creativity, patience and skill it takes to create these complex flavors and if someone has the taste buds to really discern and delight in those tastes, I don't begrudge them spending that kind of money on their juice. That being said, I don't have those kinds of taste buds when it comes to juice. I either like a juice or a I don't. I'm pretty simple that way (see, I'm not just simple mentally). And I don't go looking for cinnamon, dragon berry and french vanilla on inhale and notes of chocolate, butter cream and nutmeg on exhale. That and I'm too cheap to spend the money on it for a consumable, so I'll only buy premix when it's less than $20 for 100ml and then I'll order it extra heavy on flavor and nic so I can cut it down and get at least 200ml out of it so I'm spending about 10c a ml. Beyond that, I'll DIY.
