Like, some point where you say, okay, enough is enough..?

The day I got my 1st, I said that I could see myself owning 2 or 3 of these..

Probably a conservative number.. Back-up to your back-up, blah blah, stuff happens...

These days, I'm thinking my personal max is now 5.. :D

Any combo of 2-4 full-size V2.5's, 1 or 2 P3's (depending), and/or maybe a Mini (definitely with 490 end-cap)..

Some new color or version comes out that I want, but I already own 5?

Pick my least favorite of the group & I'd make myself sell it before I got a new one..

I have my weird reasons, I guess..

Curious if anybody else has a limit... :)

I think five is a pretty good limit. Currently alternating between four, and think a mini may be on the horizon, to be used solely in mini mode. But then there is that looming V3...what to do when the V3 hits...hmmmm...I know! Stalk the classies looking for someone dumping one on the cheap to fund a V3 :D
Maybe six is a good limit...hmmm

When I first started, I couldn't imagine needing more than one and in reality I don't! It has brought me immense joy to collect my Provari and all the accessories to go with it. Do I need them to stay off cigs...no. I am having a blast with my hobby, so I set no limit as long as I can afford it.

Stormy put it very well -- I love collecting them, and buying carefully chosen tips for them, and adorning them with charms, etc. It's a creative endeavor at this point. I usually have one favorite going, with two backups, and the three follow me around the house (in their stand of course) as I work. I also like changing flavors frequently, and having so many makes it a breeze. :)

...a mini may be on the horizon, to be used solely in mini mode...

Yeah, I remember when I first saw the Mini in a vape shop a few months ago, I thought, "that thing is tiny!"

Though at the same time, it could potentially come in handy in certain situations.. Not necessarily for stealth-vaping, as I have large enough hands to accomodate stealth-vaping in 650 mode..

But I do find carrying the length & weight of the 650 to be a nuisance sometimes..

I say with the Mini's extension, though, because I don't really care for the look & feel of the regular end-caps.. I've tried with full-size 490, and just can't do it..

I don't know.. have to see how the P3 is..

I think the Mini, if it happens, will be more of a novelty, an experiment & just a change of pace...

Not to throw the thread off-topic, but if anybody wants to recommend a good Mini color (combo), feel free.. Just no girly stuff, please.. :D

It was never my intention to have 6 but.....I do. Four I bought used (no blemishes) and they came with accessories and tanks, which was nice. They are: full size white with green led; white mini w/red led; silver mini with green led; black mini w/blue led. I bought a special edition red mini with gold tank, ring, and extension and red led, new; and lastly, caved on a gold zencote mini w/red led and extension. I kicked myself for buying the gold, don't really like it that much. If they come out with something I like better, I may sell it to buy another; but six is definitely enough!

I love the red one, especially with the gold accents; and for a color combo, I most like the black with the blue led. I have enough accessories that I can mix and match if I want to....

Anything in particular you don't like about the gold ZenKote?

That's actually not a bad idea! A junior version to my full-size black/blue..

If I were to ever "repeat" a combo like that, that would be the one.. And would probably give me the best odds of liking a Mini, too!

All but one of my minis has the extension cap -- I just like the look and feel, although I realize I could have just kept the standards, as they are so close in size.

IIRC, you want to add a red LED to your collection? Zombie looks awesome with that, and I imagine the white would as well. Although maybe that last one is girlie. Unless it's a sports team color! I don't know!

Any of the metallics except the green (too Christmassy for me) would work too. I ended up liking the gold a lot -- it has a nice smooth finish. Mine has the green LED, but red would look nice too...with a flame-themed tip maybe would not be too girly. But maybe too blingy, still.

Okay, I've thought it through: polished stainless with red LED. THAT should be your next one!! :D

Thanks for the suggestions..

I don't think I'll ever get a polished.. Too many fingerprints..
Then again, the Dragon is pretty cool, LOL..

The Mini doesn't necessarily have to have the red LED.. Still leaning towards the full-size satin silver for my 1st red...

Liking the black/blue "Junior" Mini idea... :thumb:

I don't know....it's just so....GOLD, I guess. Just personal preference. The "gold" accessories on the red mini are actually brass, I think, and I like that better.

I really like the minis, except that those little batteries don't last very long....I usually have an extension on mine so I can use a bigger battery....the silver, polished or otherwise, with blue led would look very nice too. :)

But then you'll be looking at getting #4! ;)

See? See how it starts?

4 is less than 5.. :p

Yeah, I've thought about that combo before, too..
But you know what? Forget the black & blue Mini.. I want Gun Metal & blue!

I have 5: standard size satin silver blem was first. Cost was an issue at the time. A month later I got the bronze mini. Got a black mini from the classified because black goes with everything. At this point I said I was done. Then I got the green metallic mini. And a standard size dragon.

Am I done? I make no promises anymore.

I'm curious as to why people own multiple versions of the same unit (v2.5, mini, etc)? As the owner of one v2.5 and (3) 2000 mAh 18650 batteries, I can honestly say I don't need another PV. Depending on the specs of the P3 I may purchase one and keep the v2.5 as a backup, but I really can't see the use in having multiple v2.5's. I can switch toppers in no time, so having a second unit would just make one of them obsolete.

With that being said, I'm somewhat of a minimalist when it comes to electronics. I prefer to have one (very high quality) device rather than 10 devices sitting around not being used, but that's just me.
