This is probably not a survey I should be doing because there are no B & M vape stores in my area, but I did it anyway, answering the best I could.

If there were a B & M store nearby, I would go there to buy items I want depending on the selection and price. It is important to support local businesses and I expect to pay extra for the same item than the one online. If I am interested in a big ticket item and the cost is a lot extra, I may choose to buy online instead. First I would at least ask if the B & M store could give me a better price. If I didn't want any merchandise in the store, I'd most likely find something like a bottle of juice just because I made the trip there, to help support a local B & M store, plus the cause for vapers' rights.

Putting a price on personal service and the chance to talk with fellow vapers in person is difficult though. If the atmosphere is pleasant, if I can try before buying, if owner/employees/customers spend time showing me something like the intricacies of the best build on an rda, recommending the best rda for me (perhaps teaching me exactly how to do a build for the kind of vape I want), I would gladly pay extra for the service and experience, even a lot more extra. I hope to see more B & M vape shops in my area soon and especially for them to survive.

1. I like both

2. I really like to try juice before I buy it, but I love the prices of an online shop

2a. I like to see a lot of variety. Lots of juices from different companies, different types of gear. Not just mech mods, or just egos.

2b. I would buy more from my local shop if they had more variety and little less markup if that's possible.

3. All of them. New vapers usually get the egos, and then move on to mechs or apvs

I love the experience and community in going to the B&M shops BUT being in a semi rural area with only a very limited choice all being between 30-70 mile drive to my shops, only to either buy their cheaply made juices or pay through the nose on their resale price for quality juices.
Mind you most wont let you test the top shelf due opening bottles with nicotine. They will only let you taste the swill they've made in the back room that have no nicotine or every vapor in town would just hang out and test quality all day and at the same time get their nicotine fix.
A few shops I've come across wont even let you taste their wares period.... If I'm looking for something tasty hands down, the shops are a great place to go by far, even if just to share information with others there shopping. Ya gotta take a chance on a recommendation from the house on whats the new hot flavor and or suppliers out there at a minimum specially if they're out of stock, its out of stock for a reason. Sometimes you get lucky and find your new favorite place to buy online directly. I have a plethora of good sounding flavors in a range of quality that in the end I wished there were other vapors Id trust enough to trade our good intensions but in the end mistakes with. One vapors mistake is that perfect flavor to another.

I do like to go to the local vape shop for wire and cotton, as I find that the prices are usually the same. But that's about it. Everything else I get online. Not only is it 9 times out of 10 cheaper, but when it comes to juice, I find b&m vape juices for the most part to be really flat and one dimensional. Making ejuice is not something anyone can do, or do well, I should say. I've never been a wine drinker or a cigar smoker but I know what they're talking about when they talk about "depth" and complexity of flavor. It's really noticeable when it comes to e juice. I don't know very much about the chemical process of making juice but I know from trying different kinds that there's a wide spectrum of quality out there just like anything else.

I like both. When is started, I bought juice online and hated some of it, and ended up giving it away. I luckily live in an area where here are B&M every block or so, and just had to find the one I love. It's really not any more expensive there, I get to try 99 flavors, and I belong to a points club which have helped get free stuff for shopping there.

I have a ton of vape stores where I live. 'Most' of them are pretty decent as far as good customer service. knowledge, relevant instead of outdated, juice bars, decent selection of premuim juices, relatively friendly atomsphere. I just cannot get over the price. I just saw an eleaf lemo 2 for 55 bucks where I paid 29 for mine online. 25r batteris were 14 a piece. Why spend 200 when you can spend 100?

When I was in Vegas I found a store that carried like 30 brands of premuim juice. They also had a serious section where they did rebuilds, drill press for modding, etc. It was cool to go there with a friend, try some juice, buy some juiceetc. Since I came back to Atl, I started DIY again.

For me, I need to vape like 15mls of juice before I can fully break down the flavor. Trying 5+ juices in a store really doesn't help me all that much outside of either 'yes or hell no.' I have came home with bottles of premium that were awesome in the store. After vaping on them for while after I got home, I did not really care for them I will still goto a store about once every 2 weeks, but never buy anything.

I buy all my stuff online for two simple reasons. Less expensive and the local B&M's carry mostly mech mods. Their equipment and juices are more costly than buying online. PLUS, they are always trying to get me to buy a mech mod, which I NEVER will. I'm happy with my iSticks and Nautilus tanks thank you very much . Although I do like to visit the B&M's on occasion to get a good laugh with all the cloud chasers there trying to out do each other by blowing huge clouds and watching the visibility in these places drop to around 2 feet in front of your face

I definitely prefer a B & M experience and the fact that you can hand over your cash and leave with a product in your hand, always will prefer that. Having said that, the stores that stock gear are limited in my area and tend to be quite a bit more expensive that the online option, so for me at least it's a no-brainer, I'm an online shopper for my vape gear.
I use APV's exclusively, vapour shark rdna40 and beyond vape solara dna30 at the moment

Vape stores don't have anything I need. I use mechs and gennies, preferably authentic, and I make my own juice. The stores don't have mesh, don't have gennies, don't have authentic mechs, and certainly aren't going to sell you juice making supplies and undercut their own juice sales. Kanthal is cheaper online, so about all the stores have for me are drip tips, and most don't have those either. The B&M's tend to be geared toward the beginners as well, and for the most part sell equipment for that market, so I just buy what I need and want online.
