Do you think a DNA 40 chip would fit in an SVD 2 Tube?

If I had to guess, no. I remember watching the pbusardo video, and innokin wanted that board made to their specifications... but I think the only answer here is "maybe" - you won't know for sure until you try. I hate making a reply like that, but that's kind of a special mod. It would make a great project though! If you do it, take lots of pictures for us! :)

I doubt Evolv will answer that, but again - MAYBE. I explained to them I had a failing DNA20 chip from another device (Futura mod) to see if there was anyway to get it repaired or warrantied - they told me to contact the vendor of the mod, after they sell the board to them, it is no longer possible for them to interact with the customer... Maybe I caught someone on a Friday at 5pm ? I DUNNO....

The datasheet tells me the board is .65 inches wide without the mounting rails. An 18650 battery (which goes inside the SVD 2) is .7 inches. Assuming the inner diameter of the tube is consistent, yes the DNA would fit. It's gonna be tight but it's worth a shot

The rails on the DNA40 board is scored so it's easy to snap off.
