Just because the the vets know who is and is not a good vendor, does not mean a new member will. He asked a legitimate question about a supplier he had used. He did not know the good reputation Shawn has on this forum, because he is a new member. How would anyone here confirm Shawn is a good vendor without knowing what supplier he was talking about?

I remember my fear of being duped when I first started, ordered off the internet and seeing no real recourse if I got "taken". I'm not suprised he got defensive, everyone attacking him because he dared ask a question about a supplier. Most of us are familiar with Shawn, but he was not.

He asked the question, it was answered to the effect, "no, you didn't get duped this is an honest an reputable supplier" and then people started the "how dare you post this?" That is what this forum is for.....to discuss experiences with equipment and suppliers.

We have to stop circling the wagons everytime someone posts a question or a negative remark about a supplier. How else are the new members to learn and not be scared away by the attacks?

So, the OP didn't read every word on the supplier's website before he posted. Do we really need to behead him for it? Geesh!!!!!

Good points, but keep in mind this thread was NOT originally created in the 'reviews of Suppliers' sub-forum... which is probably why some of the people reacted the way they did, who knows.

Just thought I'd add my .02 to this discussion. I too have a "low post count." I've been a member for awhile and read many of the posts daily, just don't see a need to comment too often. Usually, someone else has "voiced" my thoughts already.

I have found a few really great vendors through reviews on the forum. I've also stayed away from one or two due to comments I've found here.

Now back to lurking...

Sounds to me like the reason it has a 24mg lbel over a 16mg label is it's no longer 16mg. but indeed 24mg. I guess to mke people feel safe he should peel off the first label then insall the other one. It wouldn't matter to me as I research the vendors I'm going to buy from and then trust them.

It's called HU-MOR. Funny, non serious things that make people laugh, smile, or expess joy.

Thyestean said "Good Day". It reminded me of "That 70s Show".
Fez always says...."I said GOOD DAY!!!!"

Chill :)

ok i think i can post here. so lets say u got a 10ml bottle of 16mg liquid and wated to make it 24mg. depending on the strength of the boost you use yes u could dilute it. using a high enough boost however there would be noticeable flavor loss at all. so taking that 10ml bottle and making 24mg i would essentially be adding approximately .2ml of boost to a ml bottle. that varies on the strength of the boost. if using a higher concentrate it could be .1 or less added to that same bottle. a very very minute amount.
Thanks for explaining this, 24mg is too high for me, but I did send some friends your way, and I believe they ordered 24mg, so it's good to know the flavor is still good and strong

Well put b54...couldn't have said it better myself.

To the OP...I hope all the negativity doesn't stop you from posting here. I doubt it as you seem to have handled everything in a capable and classy manner IMO.

You seem content with the answers you got from Shawn and I'm sure those are the only ones that matter to you, so if you don't respond anymore, the thread will slowly slide off the page.

Wow... neglect the forum for one day and look what happens!?!?!? LOL

This forum is loaded with good information, but it does take a while to read enough to be able to consider yourself well-informed. Those who are new might do well read through the rules... not just those for yourselves but those for the vendors as well. It will help to give you an understanding of how things work. And if you have a question regarding a particular supplier, you might want to post in that supplier's sub-forum if they have one. That way the supplier can respond to your post without question. ;)

That being said, Shawn is a great supplier. I don't hesitate to recommend him to new vapers. He has good prices, a wide variety of genuine equipment, a great selection of liquid, and fantastic customer service. I trust him implicitly.

When I want Dekang liquids in strengths higher than they manufacture I would MUCH rather have him boost it for me since I won't handle nicotine at super-high strength. I know dozens of people who are all very happy with the liquids that Shawn supplies.

So... in conclusion... Yes! I trust this liquid!

:)

100% false. You can order whatever color cap you want, or just let Dekang choose for you. Certain 'branded' Dekang bottles are proof of that..
Sorry, didn't realize you could customize the color of the caps, but that's the standard DK color for nic levels.

The responses in this thread sounds like some sort of infomercial......

Anyway, this might explain why the Litecig juice I ordered at 24mg gave me serious heartburn, throat acid, and lung difficulties. Maybe it was the increase in nicotine from the 18mg juice I normally vaped, or maybe it was because nicotine was added to the juice? I don't know. I'd be curious to know though so i can try 24mg again without being afraid that I will have issues with it.
