do you turn your Istick off

i just realized after reading a few posts about doing the five click thingie that in the 3.5 months or so that I have been vaping I never turn anything off. I use istick 20 watts one with a nautilaus mini attached the other with an evod tank (back up) and I have a 50 watt that pretty much sits on the table beside me and has a little dripper attached. I don't turn things off. I carry the two 20 watts with me in a pocket or my purse. I think it is recommended to turn things off but I don't do you?

I used to turn my mvp off when I charged it at night or it was in my pocket. But now i have removable batteries so that's when I turn it off. Otherwise I just lock it when it's in my pocket so it doesn't auto fire and burn out my coils

Thank goodness for the replies, I have a 20 as well I use only inside with my zero nic (nautilus also lol, I don't use nic inside) I was worried I was ruining it somehow! Good to know I'm in good company leaving it on

After all the reported problems with the 50w auto-firing, I've started turning my 30w iStick off when I'm not using it or it's charging or before I go to bed. I've never had any kind of problems with it, but it just feels safer. I've started doing the same with my MVP's as well.

Even though I have a first batch iStick 50, with zero problems, been turning it off and unscrewing the atty, I don't need anything bizarre happening after reading all the problems folks have had.

The other iSticks (20's 30's) and everything else I have also gets turned off, if not in constant use....

Yeah I turn off my backups. Whatever mod I'm using at a given time is always on, overnight or whatever.

I almost always turn mine off and remove the tank. Using a 30w with a Subtank Nano.

The only time I turn my MVP's or istick20's off is when I charge them. I also remove the toppers before putting them on the charger. Don't know that either is totally necessary but just feel more comfortable doing it.

All mods are on when I'm near. When I sleep, charging, away from the house etc. all are off except the one in use just to be safe. I never remove the tanks unless I'm swapping for another though.

I turn it off in my pocket if I am not going to be using it for awhile. Otherwise I just leave it on.

I used to turn them off. But since my iStick 50 autofired in my pocket since it was turned off i don't do it anymore.

I have the MVP3 and turn it off every ten puffs to reset the counter, psychologically to me anyway everytime I switch it on it's like lighting a new cig. I did it with my istick 30w but kept losing count of puffs so got the MVP. I don't like having it switched on even when it's next to me, I'm a bit OCD when it comes to how much I've vaped.

I've had my 20w istick on for about 6 months...lol. Oops. I keep it in my bra at work and it's never autofired...that would be a disaster huh. Thanks for the thread op

Nope.
Maybe if I put it in my pocket, but I hardly do that

I'm debating on grabbing that 50 wattage or one from subox (kanger)
