Do you use zero nic e-liquid?

I started out at 24mg then 18mg after about a month or so. It took me another two months to bump down to 12mg then another month for 6mg and finally 0mg. I do still have my nic juices that I vape after an extremely stressful day. I water them down with distilled water.

I use 12mg in tanks and 6mg or 3mg in drippers. Not sure if I'll ever go down to 0. Not smoking cigarettes is good enough for me.

Sometimes it's fun to vape 0mg nic when i want fat hits off the dripper and I don't want to choke on the throat hit.

I have never tried 0 nic. I keep on hand from 10mg all the way to 25mg. I use the nic level depending on how I feel. In the mornings I usually want a higher nic level. At some point I may go to 0 nic but do not feel comfortable doing that yet.

Smoke free for 7 months

I agree. I am 10 months smoke free and a little too scared to drop to zero. I tried it the first few months but I realized I was a little too "rocky". 12-18 mg until I know I am standing on both feet. Took 46 years to get here I am not going to jeopardize my "sobriety".

I vape 0 nic once I a while. Just because my daughters boyfriend brings over the store bought ecigs and I enjoy having a new flavour here and there.

I started at 18 mg about 4-5 months ago, now I'm down to 12 mg. Could deffinetly go down more, but I'm not in a rush. I'm just happy to be not smoking anymore.

But the ultimate goal is to be down to 0 Nic

I purchased a few bottles of zero thinking I was ready to go there but it didn't last long. I use them occasionally alone or to cut down my 6-8 nic ones. Hopefully will go to them full time soon.

I started at 18 nic and after a month went to 12... A few of my flavors are on available in increments of 5 so when I was on 18 nic, 3 of my flavors were 15... Now that i am on 12 nic, 3 of my flavors are at 10 nic. I believe I'm going to Mix down to 7.5 nic and 9 nic because I have had luck with the slow progression. Eventually I'll get there but I'm happy for right now!

I started mixing my own e juice, the second batch I made was the last batch I made with nic, everything after that.. ZERO nic.. I was so proud to say that! Please know, when I wear that "NO NIC" patch, Im not being condescending, that was a personal goal for me. If you choose to keep using it, or haven't completely gotten away from it.. that's your business. I'm just glad you've gotten away from tobacco.

The only time I've tried 0 nic e-juice is when it was provided as a free sample. Personally I don't care for it. I miss the TH of nicotine

i use to vape zero nic, but it was starting to burn a hole in my wallet, becuase i was vaping more and more. so, using juice with nic helps control how much i vape which in return helps control my spending.

i started at 12 almost a year ago & am still at 12. if i decide to get into sub-ohming anytime soon, i could drop it down to 6, but i don't really have any definite plans to reduce my nic level at this time. i began vaping to quit smoking, not to quit nicotine.

When I vape my ADV which is Tobacco mixes I do 18mg. When I do any other flavors I do 0 nic because I do not like peppered juice and the only thing that sorta covers it is tobaccos. I vape to keep from smoking and do not plan to quit - ever
