Do you vape in the middle of the night?

One of my dogs wakes me up each night like a timeclock around 2:30am.
I always grab my device and then let him out.
Good thing im retired and can go back and catch my zzz without worry of waking up to an alarm clock.

I'm at that tender age when getting up at night become rather ordinary. So, instead of just sitting around grumpy, I take a vape or two.

when i used to smoke , i would have my 3am analog... i eventually quit that habit.

i never had that feeling with my PV, even though it is always an arms length away from me... lol

smoking a cig in the middle of the night would help me fall back asleep. a vape doesnt have the same effect so i dont vape if i toss and turn.

I use to (Yeah !!) smoke just before bed but never had the urge when I woke up....but I don't seem to vape the same as I use to smoke which is more frequently but still not when I wake up... I'd

I don't get up to vape. I may wake up, watch a movie for 20-30 minutes and go back to sleep. During that time, I vape.

I don't wake up to vape but I've fallen asleep with my PV in my hand before. Does that count?

That's a good question - I used to smoke a cigarette every single time I got up out of bed at night - which could be up to 4-5 times a night (I don't sleep well). What's really funny is I don't vape now at all when I get up. Don't know why - the inclination is not even there anymore...
