Actually, I've noticed just the opposite. Since quitting analogs, I have not been able to sleep more than 3 hours at a time.

My doctor does not know whether to attribute it to my quitting analogs or not, but we've ruled out most other things. I still have an appt with a neurologist next month. If that comes back negative, then I guess I'm doomed to a like of exhaustion.

Realistically, even if was quitting that's caused this, it should pass in time from everything I've read. I just wish it would do it soon (I really am completely exhausted after not getting a full night's sleep in almost 4 weeks).

For the first month or so I lost a lot of sleep and did not really put 2 and 2 together. Mainly because of the type of work I did kept me up late sometimes, varying schedule, etc. Finally though, just one day it seemed to kick in and not only do I sleep through the night now, but I can take like a 1 hour nap and I mean I am OUT. lol - I don't remember a darn thing until I wake up and I feel a lot better.

Used to I just nothing but dreamed ALL the time. Tossing and turning was just life. Now I do that like 3 or 4 times a month maybe and the rest of the time I just go to bed, and wake up. Nice and clean!!!

If it is due to vaping - and I think it is - THANK YOU once again for PVs!!
